Waiting on Wednesday

"Waiting On Wednesday" is a weekly event, originally started by Jill at Breaking the Spine , that highlights upcoming book releases everyone is waiting on...hence the title. This week's pick is Defiance by C.J. Redwine.  Here's the synopsis:

I do love a good book with a strong female heroine and this one sounds very good and it's a fantasy to boot!  I've heard a lot about this book for some months now and I'm definitely looking forward to reading it.  Funnily, I've only just realised that Logan's surname is McEntire which may or may not be a nod to YA author and C.J.'s friend Myra McEntire. Just saying. 

Defiance is published in the US on 28th August and the UK on 6th September.
